If I had a buck for every time I hear some bullshit excuse for why someone hasn’t made changes in their life, I’d have enough dough to run for President!
Seriously, we’re simple people right? Well, what follows is the most simplest plan ever to change whatever YOU put your mind to! Are ya ready?
It’s ALLLL about one more and/or one less!
Let me esplain: Say you start a walking program tonight for 30mins. Then, tomorrow you walk for 31minutes, the next 32mins and so on. Yes, this means you have to get off the couch you lazy ass
ALSO, and I don’t want any hate mail for this one, you eat one LESS helping of whatever crap you’re eating, each day until you’re in a good range (you’re not biting everyone’s head off cuz you’re starving).
SIDE NOTE: Did you know your stomach, not your belly Bubba, is about the size of your fist. SO, if your plate is overflowing, guess what, that’s why you have trouble seeing your junk when you look down!
The point is, 1% change done consecutively leads to MASSIVE CHANGES!!!! But, on the flip side to that, one less walk, one more cheeseburger, has the same effect….over time. That’s why we walk in front of the mirror one day and go “Wholllllly crap! No wonder I’m not getting laid anymore!”
Ultimately it adds up to this:
